Who We Are
Principal Ken Buck is a full-time 32-year real estate professional - Designer, GC, Developer, and Agent. Ken lives in Crested Butte and has spent 13 years here formulating an efficeint and effective custom prefab process.
With over $105m in real estate projects including sales, investments, rehabs, new construction projects, single-family home developments, and condominium developments.
Our Aim
Our primary goal is a simpler, more efficient build process for high-design homes.
